The Aeroflow Performance T6-6061 billet aluminium thermostat housings are a three-piece design with 360-degree swivel rotation to get the correct positioning of the outlet. They are suitable for a large array of applications especially in conversions where space can be an issue - overall height 68.10mm, length 93.95mm and width 69.90mm.

All Aeroflow performance thermostat housings feature an O-ring base flange - superior to the factory paper style gasket - ensuring a tight, leak free seal. Replacement O-rings and bolts can also be purchased through our site (AF59-2092).

For custom applications a female 1-1/4" -20 thread can be exposed on the thermostat housing, allowing for an AN fitting or larger barb fitting. 

These Aeroflow billet thermostat housings are available on our site in a range of anodised finishes - including blue, black, silver, red, and chrome.
