Chevrolet Big Block 396-454 V8 Rollmaster Double Row Timing Chain Set With Shim

Both the crank and camshaft sprockets are built from billet steel, and the sets have 9 keyways on the crankshaft sprocket at 2-degree increments. The relationship from crank keyway to camshaft sprocket timing is 2:1, meaning that the amount of advance or retard at the camshaft is in one-degree increments; 1, 2, 3 or 4 degrees. Multiple keyways are a solid fixture and will not move or work loose like offset dowels.

This Red series Rollmaster timing chain set comes standard with a one-piece pro-series German IWIS full roller double row timing chain.

Every small and big block Chevrolet kit comes standard with a brass thrust washer for increased performance and reliability.
