Walbro GSS 341 255 Litre Internal Fuel Pump & Filter Kit High Pressure 255LPH

Tuff Car Parts proudly stocks the very popular Walbro GSS 341 in-tank fuel pump. Commonly installed by most, if not all Australian tuner shops, and for good reason. This pump is a universal product and will work in many applications.

The GSS 341 is a universal style pump intended to be installed in the fuel tank only. It is designed to replace the factory fuel pump in order to maximize fuel flow for high boost applications, where the factory injector pulse duration is substantially increased or where larger injectors are being utilized to service performance upgrades that demand more fuel than what the factory pump can deliver.

The Walbro high output in-tank electric fuel pump has a remarkable flow rating of 255 Litres Per Hour. This particular Walbro pump also flows significantly more fuel when operated at higher pressure. An example being that at 80 psi the standard 255 LPH pump will flow around 132 Litres Per Hour. At that same 80 psi the equivalent high pressure fuel pump will flow over 210 Litres Per Hour.

Walbro in-tank electric fuel pumps also utilize the proven gerotor (short for “generated rotor”) design. The outside dimensions of the pump however are compact enough to fit existing hanger assemblies, without the need for modification.

It stands to reason that these features and the fantastic performance of the pump assembly is why the Walbro GSS 341 is still a popular in-tank replacement pump choice for LS1, Ford BA-BF both N/A and XR6 Turbo variants, WRX and Skyline enthusiasts to name but a few models.

Due to the differing sizes of aftermarket in-tank fuel pumps when compared to the factory unit, it is prudent to maintain at least a ¼ full fuel tank in order to avoid fuel starvation on wide open throttle in winding conditions.

NOTE: The GSS-341 and GSS-342 are the exact same pump mechanically and in flow rates. The difference between the two is that the GSS-341 has the inlet on 180 degrees rotated on the other side, whereas the GSS342 has both the inlet and outlet in line with each other.
