The VCM Performance Alloy OTR kits are suitable for VT-VZ LS V8's with standard bonnets. The package includes the Alloy OTR, a K&N panel filter, a rubber coupling, hose clamps, and the rubber grommet for location of the IAT sensor.

There are currently many cheap, poor quality, imported copies of this intake on the market. The imported copies are not made to the same standards, and use a generic brand, poor flowing air filter. Cheaper brands are known to use a thinner grade of alloy which allows the cheap copies to flex and suck in under load.

Please be advised that a new copy alloy OTR has been launched onto the Australian market in opposition to what has, for many years, been the industry benchmark for the VT to VZ model Commodores: The one and only genuine VCM Alloy OTR.

The new copy product is a poor quality imitation; manufactured offshore to standards that do not compare and should not be compared – therefore in the event that you are shown photos of the product, be informed that to date promotional activities have illegally contained photos of a photo-shopped VCM Alloy OTR.

The VCM OTR has stood the test of time for quality and reliability, whereby no shortcuts have or will be taken in providing a product of the highest quality; a product that is 100% Australian made (the housings are locally manufactured by hand, with quality welding), and a brushed aluminium finish that goes a long way as to why it is the industry benchmark.

Fitment notes:

• Suitable for standard bonnets only. Will not fit fluted/Monaro style bonnets.
• Mafless tune required.
• For VT, VX & some VY models, you will need to bend/push down the aircon core top rows to allow clearance. Easily pressed in by hand and this is standard procedure for fitment of any brand of OTR into these models.
• Please note if using in a VZ, you will require a wiring patch loom for the air intake sensor, which will be an extra $79. Please specify if required when ordering and if it's for VZ 6lt or 5.7lt.
