Aeroflow Xpro High Performance Ignition Coil Set

Aeroflow now offer a powerful performance upgrade for the L76 L77 L98 engines. These coils are a direct bolt-in and are engineered with high quality internal materials and components for coils that will produce higher voltage and spark energy.

While based on the OEM form for ease of installation, these have been engineered with performance improvements in mind! The internal windings and materials are optimized to boost the spark output and efficiency of the coil resulting in increased performance for your engine.

Aeroflow Xpro coils will improve the performance of your vehicle. The E-core dual connector and TFI coils feature epoxy-filled construction and 48,000 maximum volts. They mount directly in place of the factory coil and accept the factory connectors for an easy installation. No tuning or any other changes are required to fit these coils – just bolt on, plug in and drive away!

Aeroflow XPro Xtreme Ignition Products 8.5mm High Performance Ignition Leads

The Aeroflow 8.5mm XPro Wire is "the" performance wire. Engineered from the inside out, the 8.5 offers everything you have ever wanted in a wire; incredibly low resistance without electronic interference! In a single 12 inch length of XPro Wire there is only 40 - 50 ohms of resistance! That is the lowest resistance of any helically wound wire. To accomplish this, Aeroflow use a copper alloy conductor due to its great voltage carrying capabilities. The low resistance results in less loss in spark energy so more reaches the spark plug. The conductor is wound extremely tight around a special center core. So tight in fact, that there is over 40 feet of conductor wrapped into a single foot of plug wire. This winding procedure, combined with a ferro-magnetic impregnated center core, produces an extremely effective Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) "choke". This choke, or suppression capability, keeps the EMI inside the wire where it cannot interfere with other electronics on your vehicle. The outer sleeve that surrounds the conductor assembly is just as impressive. A proprietary blend of silicone and synthetic material produce a sleeve that is highly resistant to high heat as well as abrasion and tears.

Aeroflow's 8.5mm XPro wire sets have a special helically wound core that has just 40-50 ohms of resistance per foot--but with an RFI suppression equal to a 1,500 ohm wire. In fact, each foot of finished wire features 40 ft. of tightly wound copper for superior conductivity. A tough, 8.5mm synthetic/silicone jacket over an extra-heavy glass braid and dielectric insulator keeps the current guided to the plugs. Underneath the high-temperature boots, dual crimp stainless steel terminals feature snap-locks to ensure a secure fit.
