Their precision CNC grinding and inspection machines ensure industry-leading accuracy and consistency in their finished product. They are also the only cam company in Australia with their own Adcole camshaft inspection machine – the most accurate in the world.
These production capabilities combined with the largest range of hydraulic, solid, roller and OHC profiles and cam billets in Australia give you access to a huge choice of performance options for road, race and marine. To ensure maximum performance and reliability Crow offer a complete range of performance matched valve train components including valve springs, retainers, lifters, one-piece pushrods and chain sets.
The Crow Cams valve springs are made from aircraft quality alloy steel and designed by valvetrain experts using CNC coil winding machines to suit high-lift, high acceleration cam profiles.
Using quality materials and high-level workmanship ensure that your valve springs have the right characteristics to control the valves, thus preventing valve float, bounce, and breakage; a reduction in power output, and the potential for valvetrain and engine failure.
Dual valve springs have a smaller spring situated inside a larger one and rub against each other acting like a damper. Tuff Car Parts recommends this style of spring because in the unlikely event there is an outer spring failure, a smaller inner spring will typically remain intact holding the valve up stopping it from entering the engine causing engine damage.
The VTKLS9 spring kits can support up to 0.650’’ lift and give the added security of the dual springs. This kit is recommended for high RPM engines that require higher seat pressure.

- For high RPM engines, supercharged or turbo, requiring higher seat pressure we recommend the VTKLS9, VTKLST, VTKLST1, or VTKLST2

- 216/223 @ 0.050”, 0.580”/0.584” Lift, 117 LSA (Street Cam)
- 232/235 @ 0.050”, 0.613”/0.622” Lift, 115 LSA (Twin Turbo)
- 240/243 @ 0.050”, 0.581”/0.585” Lift, 115 LSA (Supercharged)
- Installed heights may vary in every engine. Please check actual height before ordering spring, retainer and lock combinations.
