Valve covers are often removed for many reasons including taking them from one engine to another, or taken off in order to service a leaking valve cover gasket, or so your mechanic can access the valves for adjustment. This is yet another reason to choose the Aeroflow billet covers as they are machined to extremely tight tolerances to provide a rigid sealing surface that remains flat even after repeated removals.
They have a one-piece billet rail that is CNC machined from quality 6061-T6 to guarantee a precise flat surface that is essential for superior sealing. The covers themselves come with a female -8 ORB for breather applications and a threaded o-ringed billet oil filler cap. These covers have been specifically designed to ensure they are tall enough to clear 99% of rocker combinations that are used on a huge range of Holdens from VN-VS.
The valve covers are found on either side of your engine and are one of the first components to catch your eye when looking at your engine bay as they take up a lot of real estate, and because they are symmetrical.
